Google doet het nog steeds prima

"Google Continues to Lead Microsoft, Yahoo in Search Engine Satisfaction." Blijkt uit Amerikaans onderzoek. Nu had ik dat wel een beetje verwacht om eerlijk te zijn. Google tegenover Yahoo en MSN, dat was al langer een bekend verhaal. Die twee zijn niet echt partij voor Google. De nieuwe zoekmachine "Bing" van Microsoft is nog te nieuw om een rol van betekenis te spelen. Wel interessant is om in 2010 te kijken hoe de scores liggen. Want: "ForeSee Results said its search and portal company metrics were taken before Microsoft released its new Bing search engine in June. This is an important point because Bing has gotten high marks from those using it and is gaining some market share from Google and Yahoo, according to measurements from researchers such as comScore and StatCounter." Maar: "However, ForeSee wonders where Bing's market share will come from, noting that the upstart search engine may take market share from Yahoo, MSN and Ask.com, but not Google based on its stellar satisfaction ratings." Dat is inderdaad de grote vraag, zullen gebruikers van Google overstappen naar Bing? Ik zou zelf niet zo snel overstappen, zeker zo lang Google mij goed bevalt.
